Is the solar data available in a cleaned form somewhere now? I’m interested in creating a variogram so that the spatial correlation for UK solar can be better quantified. Could then use Gaussian process regression to estimate PV yield for missing areas.

Unfortunately, the PVOutput.org data comes with a strict non-redistribution clause, so we’re not allowed to share the cleaned data. But you can download it from PVOutput.org. But, unfortunately, it’ll take weeks to download the data without paying $600 for PVOutput’s full-fat data subscription.
